Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Union City - Dyer St

It was clean. The lobby to the room is really decent. But when it's advertise free breakfast when actually it's a grab n go. It puts a 'oh no' to your excitement. Also, pool hours are 11am to 7pm? You finally get your room, and it's 4 pm. You unload, and now it's 5ish. Debating to eat now or later . You decide later and now it's 5:45. You only have an hour and 15 minutes before it closes. And it's still warm out with the sun still shinning. You can't go in the pool the next day because it opens at 11 am the same time as check out? How convenient.

The area is great and there are a variety of things to do. The staff always makes sure that we are taken care of. Sterlin is one of the staff members who shows great customer service, every time we come to Extended. As well as the rest, working at Extended.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I felt safe at this location. There is also everything you can think of within walking distance.
